School Contract Services
We partner with schools across the U.S. to provide high-quality virtual therapy services, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed. Private Therapy Services
We offer private speech and occupational therapy services for children in Northwest Indiana, helping them build strong communication skills through individualized support. I am Stephanie Mensonides, the owner of Crown Speech and a Speech-Language Pathologist
At Crown Speech, we are passionate about empowering children to communicate confidently and engage fully in their daily lives. Our team of experienced, dedicated speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists provides personalized, evidence-based services tailored to each child’s unique needs. We value compassion, collaboration, and results, working closely with families and schools to support meaningful progress across communication, sensory, and functional skills. Whether in schools or private settings, we are committed to making speech and occupational therapy accessible, impactful, and supportive.

We provide private therapy services at our Crown Point-based clinic and via virtual therapy.
Step One
Schedule your child’s evaluation. Call us at (219) 247-8869 or email welcome@crownspeechtherapy.com.
Step Two
Provide some background information. You will be given access to our online portal with intake forms so you can let us know why you are seeking speech or occupational therapy.
Step Three
Complete an evaluation. Our virtual or clinic therapists will conduct testing based on your concerns and you will receive a full report with results of the evaluation as well as next steps.
Insurance & Billing
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and traditional Medicaid as well as managed care plans from Anthem BCBS, CareSource, and MHS. We can also set up gap exceptions with other major insurers such as United Healthcare Cigna, and Aetna. For any additional questions about billing, email office@crownspeechtherapy.com.
